You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery. This does not apply to opened coffee bags, as coffee is a perishable food product under EU law.

How to Request a Return

Email us at hello@kenyakafecup.com within 14 days with your:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Items you wish to return

We’ll share the return address and next steps.

Return Conditions

  • Coffee must be unopened and in its original packaging

  • Opened bags cannot be returned

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Shipping fees are refundable only if the order was damaged, incorrect, or cancelled before dispatch.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrived damaged or wrong, email us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We’ll replace it immediately.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. You can return unopened items and place a new order.
