5. Shipping

Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link. International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Returns & Withdrawal Rights

EU customers have a 14‑day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery.

This right does not apply to:

  • Opened coffee bags (perishable goods)

  • Personalized or custom items
